D\u00e9part du parking de la mairie vers Henri IV, La Verri\u00e8re, parc du Ch\u00e2teau pour rejoindre l\u2019\u00c9tang des No\u00ebs, puis un tour dans la for\u00eat et retour par Le Mousseau. Pas de pluie (c&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas gagn\u00e9 !), mais beaucoup de vent, raison du parcours en grande partie hors for\u00eat. De belles vagues et un bruit de ressac sur l&rsquo;Etang des No\u00ebs.
