{"id":1423,"date":"2014-11-04T21:48:19","date_gmt":"2014-11-04T20:48:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.asmdmarche.fr\/blog\/?p=1423"},"modified":"2014-11-09T21:41:52","modified_gmt":"2014-11-09T20:41:52","slug":"1er-novembre-2014","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.asmdmarche.fr\/blog\/?p=1423","title":{"rendered":"Samedi 1er novembre 2014"},"content":{"rendered":"<p dir=\"ltr\">Pour cette marche vers Port Royal, nous \u00e9tions 19 au d\u00e9part, 19 \u00e0 l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e (eh oui nous n&rsquo;avons toujours pas r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 semer une brebis) et m\u00eame si le groupe s&rsquo; est scind\u00e9 sur le chemin Jean Racine (le 1er groupe a long\u00e9 le Rhodon et le 2e a pris de l&rsquo;altitude ne sachant pas quel chemin avait choisi le groupe de t\u00eate), nous sommes tous arriv\u00e9s au m\u00eame moment au pied des cent marches o\u00f9 nous avons fait notre pause.<br \/>\nBalade tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able\u00a0 avec un soleil de plomb et une chaleur incitant nombre d&rsquo;entre nous \u00e0 quitter pulls ou polaires.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Circuit 5 bis fait un peu plus de 13 Km.\u00a0 L&rsquo;avantage c&rsquo;est plat mais la moyenne de d\u00e9placement est de 4.7 KM \/H ce qui nous a permis de d\u00e9penser 614 calories et d&rsquo;avoir mal aux jambes l&rsquo;apr\u00e8s midi.
